Dana's Mexican Rice

  1. Fry rice in oil with chopped onion until brown, stirring frequently.
  2. Dissolve bullion cubes in broth completely.
  3. When rice is completely browned, pour 4 cups chicken broth w/bullion and simmer in a covered pan until cooked.
