Bishop's Bread
- 4 whole eggs
- 350 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 400 g flour
- 200 g raisins
- 200 g chopped walnuts
- 100 g coarsley chopped chocolate
- Mix whole eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
- Add raisins, walnuts, chocolate and flour and mix all together gently.
- Pour into a pre-greased and floured baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 min at moderate temperature (180 Celsius degrees).
- Sprinkle with icing sugar (optional).
