Bishop's Bread

  1. Mix whole eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  2. Add raisins, walnuts, chocolate and flour and mix all together gently.
  3. Pour into a pre-greased and floured baking tray.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 min at moderate temperature (180 Celsius degrees).
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar (optional).
