Glazed Turkey and Pea Pods

  1. Cut turkey breast slices into bite-size pieces.
  2. Toss turkey and 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
  3. Mix broth, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, the hoisin sauce, gingerroot and pepper.
  4. Heat wok or 12-inch skillet until very hot.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok; rotate wok to coat side.
  6. Add turkey; stir-fry about 4 minutes or until turkey is white.
  7. Remove turkey from wok.
  8. Add 1 tablespoons oil to wok; rotate wok to coat side.
  9. Add pea pods, bell pepper and onions; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  10. Stir in hoisin sauce mixture.
  11. Cook and stir 1 minute or until thickened.
  12. Stir in turkey.
  13. Heat through.
  14. Stir in noodles and cashews.
  15. Serve immediately.
  16. 4 servings.
