BAKER'S One-Bowl Mocha Truffle Pie
- 1-1/4 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup Maxwell House Cafe, Suisse Mocha Instant Coffee Beverage Mix, divided
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- Mix baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Bring cream, 1/4 cup coffee mix and sugar to boil in small saucepan, whisking constantly.
- Pour over chocolate in medium bowl.
- Let stand 2 min.
- ; whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Mix Cool Whip and remaining coffee mix; spread over pie.
