BAKER'S One-Bowl Mocha Truffle Pie

  1. Mix baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bring cream, 1/4 cup coffee mix and sugar to boil in small saucepan, whisking constantly.
  3. Pour over chocolate in medium bowl.
  4. Let stand 2 min.
  5. ; whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  6. Stir in vanilla.
  7. Pour into crust.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  9. Mix Cool Whip and remaining coffee mix; spread over pie.
