Kumato Salad with Burrata and Macadamia Nuts

  1. Grind the macadamia nuts and 2 basil leaves together.
  2. Empty the nut mix in a bowl and add the mashed burrata cheese to it and set it aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients along with the nut and cheese mix (except hemp seeds and remaining basil leaf).
  4. Top the salad with hemp seeds and garnish with chopped basil.
  5. Serve immediately.
