Luscious Lemon Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into base of a 20cm spring form pan; chill.
  3. Beat Philly* until smooth, add remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into prepared crumb crust and chill until firm.
  5. Decorate with fresh fruits.
