Asian Turkey Stroganoff

  1. In a large skillet heat oil.
  2. Add onion, mushrooms and garlic; cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until onions are tender.
  3. Add turkey and cook for 4 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
  4. Add 3/4 cup of broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, combine remaining 1/4 cup broth and cornstarch.
  7. Add to turkey mixture, stirring 1 1/2 minutes or until thickened.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  9. Servce over rice or egg noodles.
