Boiled Frosting Recipe
- 1 c. White sugar
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Boil to-gether sugar, water and vinegar to 238 F or possibly till syrup spins when dropped from tip of spoon.
- Beat egg whites stiff, gradually add in syrup, beating constantly till frosting holds shape.
- Add in vanilla.
