Boiled Frosting Recipe

  1. Boil to-gether sugar, water and vinegar to 238 F or possibly till syrup spins when dropped from tip of spoon.
  2. Beat egg whites stiff, gradually add in syrup, beating constantly till frosting holds shape.
  3. Add in vanilla.
  4. tip of spoon.
