Saint Peter's pasta
- 300 grams tagliatelle
- 250 grams brocoli
- 250 grams mushrooms
- 150 grams zucchini
- 500 ml neutral cream
- 75 grams gauda cheese
- 75 grams peccorino chees
- 75 grams gorgonsola
- 75 grams Moccarela
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 100 grams parmesan cheese
- Cook tagliatelle for about 5 min
- Fry zucchini, mushrooms and garlic on the olive oil, couple minutes
- Put neutral creme and cook
- When it is boiling put all kinds of cheese, when the chees is melted you may add brocoli and tagliatelle and cook on a medium heat for another 3 minutes
