Shakshooka
- 4 lg. eggs
- 3 lg. soft, juicy tomatoes
- 1 white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika
- Tumeric
- Hot pepper powder
- Olive oil
- Chop the veggies finely.
- Brown the onion and tomatoes in skillet until tomatoes are juicy.
- Add spices to taste (traditionally, this is a hot and spicy dish).
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add more spices to taste.
