Mojito Pina
- 12 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, lime juice and Simple Syrup.
- Add ice, the rum, Grand Marnier and pineapple juice; shake.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the soda and mint sprig.
