Smokey Garlic Chicken Pasta

  1. In a shallow baking dish cover the chicken with the marinade and BBQ sauce.
  2. Bake at 300F for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Then remove it from the oven and shred chicken.
  4. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to package directions.
  5. In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
  6. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  7. Add in the half and half, milk, pepper, and cheese.
  8. Whisk until smooth.
  9. Add in the crumbled bacon.
  10. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  11. In a large bowl mix the chicken, pasta and sauce together.
  12. To serve top with additional cheese if desired.
