Pretzels and Beer Bread
- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon baking soda
- 113 cups pretzel sticks broken in half
- 1 each egg whites
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 12 ounces beer light
- 1/4 cup water heated
- Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed.
- Select white bread and push "Start"
