Pretzels and Beer Bread

• 1 package yeast, active dry
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar
• 3 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons gluten flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 18 teaspoon baking soda
• 113 cups pretzel sticks broken in half
• 1 each egg whites
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 12 ounces beer light
• 1/4 cup water heated

1. Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed.
2. Select white bread and push "Start"
