Easy Slow Cooker bra-Talian Beef Stew
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 beef eye round
- 3 large minced garlic cloves
- 1 large onion, peeled and sectioned
- 1 (14 ounce) bag frozen stew vegetables (Broccoli,Carrot, Zucchini for example)
- 12 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 (16 ounce) jartomato basil pasta sauce
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 24 ounces water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons palm oil (Dende oil, or to taste)
- Turn on slow cooker setting it to 5 hours on low.
- Add olive oil to bottom of slow cooker and place 4 steaks in as well.
- proceed to place the ingredients into the cooker in order.
- Add small amounts of water until the Penne is nearly covered.
