Lo Cal Strawberry Pie Recipe

• Strawberries
• 1 graham cracker pie crust
• 1 sm. box sugar free strawberry Jello
• 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 1/2 c. water
• Cold Whip lite

1. Cap and wash strawberries and put into pie crust.
2. Mix cornstarch and Jello with water.
3. Stir over moderate heat till thickened, stirring constantly.
4. This will only take a few min.
5. When thickened, pour over strawberries and pie crust.
6. Cold in refrigerator and top with Cold Whip lite.
