Easy Chocolate Cake

  1. Bring out the eggs to room temperature.
  2. Chop the chocolate and butter into small pieces.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter over a double broiler with about 40 ~ 45C hot water.
  4. Add the vanilla extract.
  5. Add the eggs one by one, and mix each time.
  6. Add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt, then mix.
  7. Line the mold with parchment paper, and pour in the batter.
  8. Tap several times to remove the air bubbles at the end.
  9. Bake in the oven preheated to 160C for 30 minutes, then it's done.
