Cherry Tea Cakes Recipe
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- Juice of 1 med. orange
- 1 can pie filling
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Blend together oil and 1 1/2 c. sugar.
- Add in the vanilla, orange juice.
- Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Mix in the flour and baking pwdr.
- Add in almond flavoring to pie filling.
- Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Spread about 1/2 of the batter into a pan.
- Cover with cinnamon and sugar.
