Chicken Broccoli & Rice Recipe

  1. Spray two 9x13 inch pans with Pam.
  2. Pour 2 c. rice into each.
  3. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and stir in cans of soup, broccoli and curry.
  4. Pour over rice.
  5. Arrange 8 pcs of chicken in each pan.
  6. Sprinkle with 1 package of Lipton dry soup on each pan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
  8. This recipe can be halved.
