Chicken Broccoli & Rice Recipe
- 8 chicken breast & 8 leg & thigh pcs or possibly 16 chicken breast pcs
- 4 c. Minute Rice
- 2 lg. Packages minced frzn broccoli
- 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 4 cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 Lipton Golden brown onion soup (2 pkgs.)
- 4 c. boiling water
- Spray two 9x13 inch pans with Pam.
- Pour 2 c. rice into each.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and stir in cans of soup, broccoli and curry.
- Pour over rice.
- Arrange 8 pcs of chicken in each pan.
- Sprinkle with 1 package of Lipton dry soup on each pan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
- This recipe can be halved.
