Easy Rhubarb Jam

  1. Mix rhubarb, pineapple and sugar together and let stand 2 hours.
  2. Then boil for 12 minutes, remove from heat and add the jello.
  3. Stir until jello dissolves.
  4. Put into jars or plastic containers and refrigerate.
  5. Also freezes well.
