Poppy Seed Cake

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat for a full 5 mins.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
  3. Bake at 350F (180C).
  4. for 1 hr.
  5. Cool slightly an then pour glaze on cake in pan.
  6. GLAZE: Mix glaze ingredients together and bring to a boil, boil for a full 3 mins.
  7. Prick top of cake and pour hot glaze over cake.
  8. Let cake cool in pan.
  9. Freezes great.
