Electric Frypan Swiss Steak

  1. On a breadboard, pound flour into both sides of steak; cut into serving pieces until flour is absorbed.
  2. Preheat frypan to 360u0b0. Add fat and onions; saute until golden in color, about 3 minutes. Remove from fat.
  3. Change frypan setting to 400u0b0 and add a tablespoon of fat.
  4. Then brown steak on both sides, about 10 to 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle browned meat with salt and pepper; add the sauteed onions, garlic, celery, tomatoes and pepper slices.
  6. Cover and set frypan at 220u0b0.
  7. Simmer until the meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
