Mango-and-Feta Pork Chop Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  3. Add water to stuffing mix in medium bowl; stir just until moistened.
  4. Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Top with chops, then mango mixture.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  7. or until chops are done (145F).
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Let stand 3 min.
  10. before serving.
