Chipotle Avocado Dip
- 3 medium avocados, peeled
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon banana pepper, finely chopped
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper or 1 12 teaspoons ground chipotle chile pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- assorted fresh vegetable
- In a small bowl, mash avocados.
- Stir in the mayonnaise, onion, peppers, and seasonings.
- Chill until serving.
- Serve with vegetables.
