Rice Pudding
- 1 cup white rice
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 14 pistachios
- Place the rice in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Simmer for 20 min and then add the milk and mix until the mixtre starts to thicken.
- Stir in orange blossom and water.
- when rice is cooked add rose water.
- Pour mixturebinto individual serving bowls then rfrigerate for 2 hours.
- garnish with pistachio.
