Corned Beef Sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) jar horseradish
- 1 (6ounce) jar Dijon mustard
- 1 (8 ounce) jar pineapple preserves
- 1/2 tsp powdered ginger (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl and mix well.
- Cover and let the flavors develop for at least 12 hours.
- Serve with sliced corned beef.
