Grilled Oriental Pork Chops

  1. Mix dry rub and season pork chops 4 to24 hours in advance.
  2. Set grill up for Direct Grilling.
  3. Mix the sauce and set aside.
  4. Grill pork chops 4 to5 minutes.
  5. (just until the juices start to pull on the top.
  6. Flip the pork chops and then sauce top.
  7. Grill another 3 or 4 minutes.
  8. Move the pork chops from directly over the heat to the cool side flip and sauce the other side.
  9. Cook for another minute or 2.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
