TATER TOTS Potato Topped Casserole

• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
• 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
• 4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain.
3. Spoon into shallow casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover with soup.
4. Top with TATER TOTS, arranging them in single layer over soup.
5. Bake 45 min.
6. or until TATER TOTS are golden brown and casserole is heated through.
