Delicious Homemade Ponzu

  1. Warm up the ingredients over low heat.
  2. Make sure it does not boil.
  3. After evaporating the alcohol, turn off the heat.
  4. Add bonito flakes, konbu seaweed, and Dekopon juice.
  5. Chill, then it's done.
