STOVE TOP Savory Spoon Bread
- 4 cups milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2-1/2 cups STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix in the Canister
- 1 cup whole kernel corn
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Cook milk, butter and pepper in saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in stuffing mix, corn and bacon.
- Gently stir in eggs.
- Spoon into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 400F for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
- Serve hot.
