Almond Vinaigrette Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and bake till slightly golden brown, about 5 min.
  3. Set aside to cold.
  4. When the almonds are cold, transfer to a blender along with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Puree till smooth.
  6. Store in a container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
  7. This recipe yields about 3/4 c. of vinaigrette.
