Diet Muffins Recipe
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 5 packets sweet and low
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 c. dry lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Add in baking pwdr to dry lowfat milk.
- Mix all ingredients together, spray 10 muffin pan with Pam.
- Fill pans with batter.
- Bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
