Fried Shrimp with BBQ Cocktail Sauce

  1. BBQ Cocktail Sauce: Combine ingredients.
  2. Fried Shrimp: Working in batches, moisten shrimp with water, sprinkle with salt, then toss in cornmeal until coated.
  3. Fry in 350 degrees F deep fryer 2 to 3 min.
  4. or until cooked through.
  5. Drain on paper towels
  6. Serve 5 shrimp with 2 Tbsp.
  7. BBQ Cocktail Sauce.
