Fried Shrimp with BBQ Cocktail Sauce
- BBQ Cocktail Sauce
- 2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Fried Shrimp
- 80 each uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined (16/20 ct.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup white cornmeal
- BBQ Cocktail Sauce: Combine ingredients.
- Fried Shrimp: Working in batches, moisten shrimp with water, sprinkle with salt, then toss in cornmeal until coated.
- Fry in 350 degrees F deep fryer 2 to 3 min.
- or until cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels
- Serve 5 shrimp with 2 Tbsp.
- BBQ Cocktail Sauce.
