Ong Choy and Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce

  1. Chop Ong Choy into 1.5 - 2 inches long.
  2. Break mushrooms into smaller pieces.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ong choy and mushrooms and stir-fry them quickly.
