Okara, Oatmeal & Kinako Balls
- 50 grams Fresh okara
- 20 grams Oatmeal
- 6 grams Kinako (or toasted barley flour)
- 20 grams Muscovado or light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 (as needed), kinako and icing sugar in a 1:1 ratio Kinako (or toasted barley flour) and icing sugar (for topping)
- Microwave the fresh okara for 2 minutes at 500 W.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and then roll into balls.
- Then you're done!
- If you like, coat them with a mixture of kinako (or barley flour) and icing sugar.
- "Lanlamp" made it with ground sesame seeds inside.
