Pita Snacks
- 4 pita bread rounds (about 15cm in diameter)
- 13 cup tomato sauce
- 100 g ham
- 1 cup pineapple chunk, drained
- 2 cups cheese, grated
- turn oven to 200 degrees.
- put bread on oven tray.
- spread each one with tomatoe sauce.
- chop ham into small bits.
- sprinkle on bread.
- chop pineapple.
- sprinkle on bread.
- sprinkle cheese over all.
- bake about 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
