Holiday Pea Casserole Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter.
  2. Combine onion, butter, soup and mushrooms, almonds, chestnuts, sauce and salt and pepper.
  3. Gently mix in peas.
  4. Place half of mix in buttered casserole.
  5. Top with 1 sliced egg.
  6. Add in remaining pea mix and top with remaining egg.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  8. 8 servings.
