Artichoke Pickles Recipe

  1. Place the artichokes, onions, celery, and peppers in a large pot.
  2. Add in salt, mustard seed, brown sugar, vinegar, turmeric, and Tabasco.
  3. Cover and bring to the boil, then stir in the flour.
  4. When thickened, remove from the heat and put into sterilized jars.
  5. Chill only after opening.
