Easy Pizza Primavera

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C) F.
  2. Cook veggies until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella on each pita bread.
  5. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with basil.
  6. Arrange cooked veggies and peas on tomato slices.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Place on cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 8 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
