Country Dijon Shrimp Saute
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons country-style dijon mustard or 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- kale, garnishment
- In large skillet, over medium-heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and done.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in wine and mustard.
- Return to heat; cook 2-3 minutes more or until heated through.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in parsley.
- Garnish with kale.
