Country Dijon Shrimp Saute

  1. In large skillet, over medium-heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and done.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in wine and mustard.
  4. Return to heat; cook 2-3 minutes more or until heated through.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in parsley.
  7. Garnish with kale.
