Calico Cheese Dip Recipe

• 1 c. Cottage cheese
• 2 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, finely minced
• 1/4 c. Commercial lowfat sour cream
• 2 tsp Prepared mustard
• 1 tsp Onion salt
• 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
• 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
• 3 Tbsp. Chopped green pepper
• 1 Tbsp. Finely minced pimiento

1. Beat cheese till almost smooth.
2. Add in Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, mustard, onion salt, curry, and garlic salt and blend till smooth.
3. Stir in green pepper and pimiento.
4. Mix well and chill.
5. Yield: 1-3/4 c..
