Tart Lemon Cheesecake

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine or butter and 3 tablespoons sugar; press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using 1 cup sour cream, milk, lemon juice and lemon peel.
  3. Spread in prepared crust.
  4. Blend remaining sour cream and sugar; spread over filling.
  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with lemon twists and mint sprigs if desired.
