Meat Crust Pie Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Pack into 9" pie pan to cover the bottom and sides.
- Press another pie on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min.
- Remove upper pan, bake for 3 min more.
- Turn into this warm meat shell.
- Two c. heated and seasoned mixed vegetables (1 package frzn); 1 c. cut up fresh or possibly cooked tomatoes, liquid removed.
- Garnish with green pepper rings (cooked for 5 min).
- Return to oven, bake for 20 min.
- Makes about 6 servings.
