Meat Crust Pie Recipe

  1. Pack into 9" pie pan to cover the bottom and sides.
  2. Press another pie on top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min.
  4. Remove upper pan, bake for 3 min more.
  5. Turn into this warm meat shell.
  6. Two c. heated and seasoned mixed vegetables (1 package frzn); 1 c. cut up fresh or possibly cooked tomatoes, liquid removed.
  7. Garnish with green pepper rings (cooked for 5 min).
  8. Return to oven, bake for 20 min.
  9. Makes about 6 servings.
