Jellied Shrimp Salad
- 6 ounces lemon jelly powder
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 34 cup hot water, -
- 1 cup celery, chopped and grated carrot
- 13 cup vinegar
- 1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (6 ounce) canbroken shrimp
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
- Dissolve jelly powder in hot water; add vinegar.
- Let set partially.
- Add evaporated milk, onion, mustard, celery, carrot and shrimp.
- Mix and pour into lightly greased dish.
- Allow to set until firm.
