Crustless Quiche Lorraine Recipe
- 10 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of Tabasco
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion in 10-inch pie pan.
- Beat remaining ingredients till well blended.
- Pour over cheese and bacon mix.
- Bake for 25 min.
- Let stand about 10 min before cutting.
- Serves 6 for lunch or possibly brunch.
- Since this is crustless, it saves a few calories.
