Crustless Quiche Lorraine Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion in 10-inch pie pan.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients till well blended.
  4. Pour over cheese and bacon mix.
  5. Bake for 25 min.
  6. Let stand about 10 min before cutting.
  7. Serves 6 for lunch or possibly brunch.
  8. Since this is crustless, it saves a few calories.
