Black Russian Cake Recipe
- 1 pkt Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix (I only had Betty Crocker)
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 lrg Box of instant chocolate pudding
- 2/3 c. Oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Vodka
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Pour all liquid into the combined dry ingredients at one time and beat for 4 min.
- Pour mix into prepared pan and bake for 45-50 min.
- Cold and glaze with mix above.
- This cake is heavenly.
- Some of the family put Cold Whip on the top also.
