Teriyaki Pork Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine first five ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form into meatballs.
  5. I prefer medium size.
  6. Heat oil In skillet over medium heat.
  7. Brown meatballs on all sides about 8 mins.
  8. (Depending on size you might have to cook in batches).
  9. Once meatballs are browned, return all of them to baking pan.
  10. Pour sauce over an gently toss to coat.
  11. Bake for 30-40 mins for large meatballs.
  12. 20-30 for small.
  13. Sprinkle with green onion/scallion and drizzle with extra sauce.
  14. I like to serve with jasmine rice and sauteed snow peas, but you can stick them with a toothpick and serve as an appetizer.Enjoy!!!
