Almond Fruit Pizza Squares Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles.
  3. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased jelly roll pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to create crust.
  4. Seal perforations.
  5. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoons sugar.
  6. Bake at 375 for 14 to 19 min till golden.
  7. Cold completely.
  8. Combine cream cheese, almond paste, almond extract and 2 Tablespoons sugar till smooth.
  9. Spread proportionately over cooled crust; top with fruit.
  10. Heat preserves in small saucepan till melted.
  11. Brush over fruit.
  12. Sprinkle with almonds.
  13. Cover; store in refrigerator.
