Chicken Saute

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. In large skillet melt butter.
  3. Add& saute chicken on both sides till well browned.
  4. Add onion& garlic.
  5. Cook 5 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl combine flour,pepper& basil.
  7. Slowley stir in bouillon cubes disolved in hot water.
  8. Pour over browned chicken.
  9. Cook slowley covered 25-30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
