low calorie breakfast
- 60 grams oat meal
- 1/4 liter water or milk
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 banana
- Boil water in a pot, add some cinnamon
- Cut the banana into little peaces
- When the water has boiled add the oat meal and the bananas (or whatever fruits you prefer)
- If you don't mind the calories, you can also add raisins and chocolate chips :)
- Let it cook until the water has been completely soaked up (it usually takes about 10 minutes on medium heat)
