Salami Herb Cream Cheese Roll Ups

  1. Combine cream cheese, fresh herbs, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Divide filling between salami slices, roll tightly, squeeze and smooth cream cheese evenly to the ends of the salami roll.
  3. Slice each salami roll in half and refrigerate until serving time.
  4. Set up on a pretty platter with a sprig of parsley on top and watch them disappear.
